De-stress massage is a perimeter massage that focuses on the outer parts of the body, not the core.  Massage begins at neck and shoulders, moves to right hand, then the feet, then left hand and ends back on the neck and shoulder areas. Client is positioned face up to avoid sinus congestion while all stress points are addressed.

Indian Ayurvedic massage focuses on the head, sinuses, shoulders and neck, your “top shelf.”  Helps to relieve tightness in shoulders and neck, improves headache or sinus distress. Extremely relaxing.

This is a combination massage and sloughing treatment. The feet are briefly soaked, massaged for a half hour. Next, they are scrubbed, sloughed, oiled and dipped in hot paraffin wax.  Treatment improves circulation, reduces pain, relieves stress, removes dry skin, softens the feet and feels really great!
